Darke County Probate/Juvenile Court

Jason R. Aslinger began his service as judge of Darke County Probate and Juvenile Courts on April 4, 2011.

Judge Aslinger grew up in Darke County and graduated from Greenville High School. He earned a degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, and then later graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law. Prior to his appointment, Judge Aslinger spent his entire legal career in private practice.
